He is survived by: his parents, David Cash and Thelma Dean Spakes; his wife Janice Spakes; his children, Ryan Spakes (Michelle) of Lexa, Bryan King, Dustin King, Krista Sells (Steve) of Poplar Bluff, Kyla Smith (Randy) of Lexa, Arkansas and Brian Ward; and his uncle Bob Robbins. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, a host of friends, a special friend who introduced him to Janice, Judy Norwood Tipton, and a lifelong friend.
