She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Raffety and Juanita Raffety (Kimbro); her husband Raymond Marvin Penn; and her siblings, Robert Raffety, Delbert Raffety and Mary Heflin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Bohde (late Steve) of Hanna City, Cindy Holmes (Gary) of Hanna City and Cheryl Botkin (Tim) of Hanna City; her granddaughters, Jennifer Penn, Rachel Negley and Cara McKim; and her sister Irene Lounsberry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
