He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Largent and Eleanor Largent (Janssen); his wife Patricia Freerking; his sister Shirley Paul; his son Kevin Largent of Hanna City; and his grandsons, Jarod of Hanna City and Casey Largent of Hanna City. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Illinois Cancer Center on Rt. 91 in Peoria.
