He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Mahurin and Cleta Mahurin (Roberts); and his sister Linda Abernathy. He is survived by: his children, David Mahurin of Peoria and Brandi Mahurin-Wright (Brian) of Milwaukee, WI; and his siblings, Laverne Mahurin (Sherry) of Kirksville, MO and Judy Blakely (Don) of Georgetown, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
