He is survived by: his wife Darlene O'Brien; his sons, Jeff and Kevin Brugger (Marcy); his grandchildren, Hayden Brugger and Addison Brugger; and his siblings, Holly Yousey (Terry), Laura Brugger, Lloyd Brugger (Edna) and Dennis Brugger (Patti). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
