She is survived by: her husband Bill Carmack; her children, Thomas Leon Carmack, Lisa, Toby Lee Carmack and Charles Stephen Carmack (Donna) of Iowa; and her grandchildren, Krystal Lee Carmack (Shawna), Kambra Carmack, Korynn Handel (Dayton), Kelin Taylor (Leta), Dalton Carmack, Chase Carmack (Charlie), Angel Carmack and Trystey Carmack.
