He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Norin and Edith Bartleson Norin; his son David Nolan; and his nieces, Alicia and Tami Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, John Francis of Silvis, Les Norin (Chelsey) of Walcott, Amy Norin of Oak Lawn and Craig Francis (Donna) of Hampton; his grandchildren, Breanne, Johnathan, Krissy, Aodhan, Gracie, Alex, Kyle, Austin and Kayden; his great grandchildren, Ava, Cami, Chloe and Trenton; his sister Kim Quinn of Hampton; and his pets, Oscar, Oliver and Gibbs.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hampton Fire Department.
