He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Rude (Boddy) and Leo V. Crane; his daughter Tammie Hinton; his sister Barbara Shearman (Paula Zeek); and his siblings-in-law, Jean Beard, John Grubbs, Jon Hoskins and Jeff Hast.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hoskins; his children, Cammie Soriano of Oklahoma City, OK, Rory Crane of Phoeniz, AZ, Ragina "Gina" Shaw of Silver City, NM, Amanda Merkel, Bettendorf, Michael Crane and Des Moines; his sister Zedna Faye "Sally" Grubbs of Coolidge, AZ; and his close friend Greg Wynn. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
