He was predeceased by: his wife Tonnie Jo Rebholz (Smith). He is survived by: his sister Mari Jean Arscot of St. Cloud, Florida; his friends, Jesse, Yesenia Schroeder, Pedro, Ari Martinez and Michael Cornett of Le Claire, Iowa.; and also, Johnathan, Matthew, Christopher of Hampton and Annie of Hampton.

Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Fund.
