He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Black and Bessie Black (Cook). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Black; his daughters, Sharon Kaye Raney (Rodney), Teri L. Ward (David) and Christine Kline; and his sister Betty Randall. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
