He was predeceased by: his parents, Nguyen Van Ban and Hua Thi Nhung. He is survived by: his wife Nguyen Thi Hong Yen; his children, Phong (Alexandria Tang), Khanh and Ngan (Ron MacDonald); and his grandchildren, Connor Nguyen, Caitlyn Nguyen, Carter Nguyen, Aidan MacDonald, Nolan MacDonald and Bridget MacDonald.
The family prefers donations be made in memorial to Meadows Association, 1206 Coldspring Road, Elgin, IL 60120 as an expression of sympathy.
