He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Robert, Diane and Loretta. He is survived by: his sons, Jason and Matthew; his grandchildren, Simon of Elise and Cora; his siblings, William of Margaret and James; and his nieces and nephews, Deb of Denise, Dawn, Lucy, Ben Radke, Dan Radke, Eric Pruitt, Alex Pruitt, John Kristan, Andrew Kristan, Grant Radke and Ethan Radke. He is also survived by his mother and father.
