He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Johnston and Jeannette Johnston (Boncosky); and his brothers, Herbert Johnston Jr. and David Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Merrilee Johnston; his daughters, Lisa, Lori Heissler (Gary), Lynn Johnston and Merrilee Morgan (Justin); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Scott, Erica Heissler, Tanner Scott, Ryan Heissler, Caden Scott and Madisyn Morgan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a countryside of friends.
