He is survived by: his parents, James Sr. and Roberta Wagner (Burgchardt); his wife Cheryl Fergus; his children, James III Wagner (Julie) of LaPorte and Jodi Crum (Dave) of Niles; his stepchildren, Brian Issleb (Amanda), Charles Issleb (Debbie) and Kyle Issleb; his grandchildren, Megan, Matthew, Morgan, Michael, Zachary, Nicholas and David; and his sisters, Linda Johnson (Norm), Carolyn Stuba (Norm) and Charlene Gallion (Bill).
