She was predeceased by: her spouse Nicholas E. "Nick" Medonic; her child Ron Medonic (Jean); and her parents, Michael Patchman and Elizabeth Patchman. She is survived by: her children, Carole Orze (Kevin), Jerry Shulock (Carol), Ken Orze (Marge) and Kerry Orze (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Angela Baker (Brennen), Keith Medonic, Rob Markut (Sarah), Terri Medonic, Nick Medonic (Ashley), Carry Sexton (David), Kristi DiLauro (Tim), Katie Orze (Mike Mancuso) and Kelly Orze.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Humane Society of the Calumet Area (421 45th Avenue Munster, IN 46321) appreciated.
