He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Mooney and Mearlie L. Mooney (Verge). He is survived by: his wife Paula M. Sprowls; his children, Stephen P. (Marianne) of Oswego, Mike of Aurora, Matt (Amanda), Mark (Leslie) and Terri McDonald of Mason, OH.; and his grandchildren, Cope Dobbels and John Mooney.
