He is survived by: his wife Sheila Zack; his children, Jason Zack (Jennifer) and Jennifer Brooks (Paul); his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Caitlin, Cayleigh Zack, Zachariah, Evan and Eli Brooks; and his siblings, Samuel Zack, Sherry Patterson and Sandra Herzer.
