It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Carlotta Atterberry of Hammond, Illinois, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Naomi Devers; her husband Vernon Atterberry; her children, Kimberly Roan (Greg) of Hammond and Michael Schomburg (Donna) of Champaign; her stepchildren, Tonya Atterberry of Dixon, Missouri, Patricia Bean (Roger) of Dixon, Missouri, Brad, Joe Atterberry, Rodney and Dale Templeton; her sister Melissa Holbrook of Kentucky; her son Calvin Schomburg; and her stepchildren, Jesse Atterberry and Bridgett Atterberry. She was also cherished by many grand kids and great grandkids.
