He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Serban and Johnye F. Serban; his wife Anita Serban; his father-in-law Juan Ramirez; and his sister-in-law Irene Ramirez.
He is survived by: his sons, John P. and Richard D. Serban; his mother-in-law Sara P. Ramirez; his siblings-in-law, Sara Ondrick (Daniel) and Daniel Ramirez (Judy); his nephews, Allen Babiarz-Lira (Marcos), Joshua Babiarz (Julie), Nicholas Babiarz and Daniel J. Ramirez; and his great-niece Mila Babiarz.
