He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rigg and Lillie Smith Rigg; his child Tom Rigg (Jamie) of Dalton City, IL; and his siblings, Dorothy, Herb and Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Rigg of Hammond, IL; and his children, Linda Davis (Clarence) of Lovington, IL, Pat Rigg (Nancy) of Albuquerque, NM and Marcia West (Steve) of Jefferson City, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, several step-great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
