He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence L. "Roy" and Clara Marie Ruff (Patterson); and his siblings, Cecil and Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Woodard; and his children, Kenny Ruff (Kathy) of Lovington, Richard Ruff (Sherry) of Excelsior Springs, MO, David Ruff (Cheri) of Bement, Cheryl Horne (Don) of Decatur and Jill Bishop (Brent) of Excelsior Springs, MO.. He is also survived by 14 grandkids.
Memorials may be made to the St. Michael Catholic Church in Bement or to the Lovington Volunteer Ambulance Service.
