He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Luebke and Martha Luebke (Haake); his grandchildren, Alichia Luebke and Brian Stice; his siblings, Caroline Meier Jr. (Louis) and Harold Luebke (Grace); and his son-in-law Jess Brooks.

He is survived by: his wife Harriet Carol Luebke of Hamilton; his children, Julia Comstock of Menomonie, Jesse Luebke (Annette) of Hamilton, Karen Brooks (Jess) of Denton, Cheryl Jones (Dave Sr.) of Kimberling City and Lauren Roth (Jason) of Mount Pleasant, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jill Dobbins (Brent), Megan Massey (Jared), Erin Brown (Tyler), Britin Strong (Chris), Shannon Brooks, Jenny Matherly (Marty), David Jr. Jones (Cathy), David Jr. Stice (Amanda), Chad Roth, Brent Roth (Chrystal), Elle Roth, Jamie Burr (Stacy), Scott Burr and Wendy Ziehme; and his brother Wallace Luebke of Okawville, Illinois. He is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren.
