He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bolton and Nellie Bolton (Dighton); and his sister Joy Wollbrink. He is survived by: his children, Jim Bolton (Debbie) of Colorado Springs, Steve Bolton (Debbie) of Hamilton, Barbie Dowdall (Rusty) of Hamilton and Julie Boyer (Ross) of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Jonathan Bolton (Jennifer) of Monument, Ben Bolton (Melissa) of Colorado Springs, Emily Spear (Caleb) of Pueblo, Anthony Bolton (Amy) of Athens, Lisa Bolton of Hamilton, Hayley Hamelton (Justin) of Burlington, Greg Dowdall (Danielle) of Hamilton, Jeff Dowdall (Jessica) of Elvaston, James, Paul and Karen Boyer of Hamilton; his great grandchildren, Lilly Bolton, Alice, Clementine, Ezra, Miriam Bolton, Anatoli Spear, Jack, Madelyn Hamelton, Ryan and Emily Dowdall; his sister Carol Whitcomb (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Melbert Wollbrink and Marge Starr (Dean). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to Golden's Point Christian Church, Oak Grove Cemetery, the Alzheimer's Association or Every Step Hospice.
