She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurance K. Frakes and Edith J. Frakes (Alberts); and her husband Robert Loter. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Householder of Broken Arrow, Leisa McCredie (Jerry) of Eutis, Florida and Todd Loter of Hamilton, Illinois; and her close friend Wilma Emmerson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, one sister-in-law.
