It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garrett South (Hamilton, Illinois), born in Enfield, Illinois, who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Daniel and Mamie South (Garrett); his daughter Linda Lou; and his siblings, Doyle South, Emogene Thomas, Dorothy York and Helen South.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Cushman; and his siblings, Carroll South (Dixie) of Enfield and Phyllis Sanders of Norris City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
