He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Logan and Kathryn Darlene Ruggles (Walker); his wife Ruby Mae Ryland; and his daughter Michelle Hudson. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Campion (Bob) of Chillicothe and Melissa Eubanks (Rory) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Patrick Campion, Kevin Campion, Mitchell Eubanks (Rachel), Levi Eubanks (Meghann) and Brenna Chaknine; his great grandchild Lettie Mae Chaknine; and his sisters, Ann Ruggles of Peoria, Donna and Patty Hinman (Jess) of Kennewick, Washington..
