He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Mullens and Thelma Mullens (Hickey). He is survived by: his wife Carol. He is also survived by two children; three stepchildren; and his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to Shriner's hospital or the Masonic Lodge.
