He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stover and Joyce B. Stover (Ring); and his brother Keith Stover. He is survived by: his wife Peggijane Stover of Hamel, IL; his children, James "Jimmy" Stover (Valerie) of Clermont, FL and Ashley Walden (Brett) of Glen Carbon, IL; and his grandchildren, Madison Stover, Therese Stover, Zackery Stover, Hadley Walden and Augustus Walden.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chesterfield Community Club.
