He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Staroske and Helene Staroske; and his siblings, Bruno, Siegfried and Gerda.
He is survived by: his wife Kate; his siblings, Erwin (Elke) and Gisela; his siblings-in-law, Erika (JJ) and George (Susanne); his nephew Wolfgang (Cindy); his great-nephew Tom (JoAnn); and his great grandchildren, Trey, Jack, Daphne, Wolfie, Valentina, Lily and Isla.
