He is survived by: his son Charlie Booth (Kelly); his grandsons, Nathan Booth (Kloe Doyle) and Blake Booth; his great grandchildren, Henry and Hollis; his siblings, Hugh Booth (Lucille) of Waverly, IL, Patsy Forgy (Larry) of Pleasant Hill and Linda Mahlandt (Nick) of Edwardsville; and his sister-in-law Nadine of Pearl.
