She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Staples, William Staples (Debra), Yvonne Triplett (Charles), Michael Staples (James Williamson), Ronald Staples, Barbara Wallace (Michael), James Staples (Angela), Sharon Carroll, Terry Staples (Nilsa) and Jonathan Staples (Adrienne); her brother David Ellis (Loretta); and her sisters-in-law, Carol, Margaret and Pauline. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
