He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Daneisha Phillips; his children, Jada and Jayla Phillips; his parents, Mary Phillips and Johnny Phillips; his siblings, Johnny Phillips Jr. (Erica) and Adored; his grandparents, Annie, Troy Usher Sr., Eula May Phillips and John Blakely; his niece Jasmine Smith (Fabian); his nephew Quentin Phillips; and his aunts and uncles, Lillian Alex (William Jr.), Patricia Prude, Troy Usher Jr., James Usher (Kate), Richard Usher (Lisa), David Usher (Angela), Mary Bailey, Kathy Blakely, Charles Phillips, Tony Casanova, Maurice Wiley, John C. Usher, Robert Taylor and Demostanique Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tony's name to his daughters would be greatly appreciated.
