He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ann; his siblings, Burt, Ethel, Lillian and James; and also, George and Della Jacobson.
He is survived by: his son John Jacobson (Coleen); his sister Margaret Grube; his sister-in-law Maxine; his grandsons, Thomas (Julia) and Nathan (Yifei); and his great grandchild Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
