With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon R. Salmons of Gurnee, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Whitington and Lola Whitington; and her siblings, Richard Whitington, Suzanne G. Eyestone and June Campbell.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Salmons; her children, Victor Salmons (Sara), Kimberly Salmons and Janet Archibald; her grandsons, Nicholas Salmons (Kristin) and Tyler Salmons (Katelyn); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Henry, Mason and Melody.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the National Kidney Foundation in Sharon's name will be greatly appreciated.
