He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maziarka and Frances Maziarka; and his brother Ronald Maziarka. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Maziarka; his children, Brian Maziarka (Deneane) and Sabrina Mey (Andy); his grandchildren, Danielle, Lea, Colin and Emmett; and his siblings, Robert Maziarka (Mary Ann) and Marianne Hudson (Stan).
