She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank LaPresti and Marie LaPresti of River Grove, IL.; her husbands, Robert B. McCarthy and Sam Asta; her stepson Larry Asta; her niece Juanita Brodkorb; and her son-in-law David Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Horn (Chuck), Michael McCarthy (Laura), Mary Hossman (Bill) and Barbara Hoffman; her sister Lillian Brodkorb (Dolly); her stepchildren, Sam Asta (Sue), Kathy Lansford (Tom), Brian Asta, Debbie Quinlan (Tom), Liz Schwertfeger (Jack) and Bill Asta (Leslie); and her niece Marianne Cessaroti. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rosemary Asta may be made to Doctors Without Borders in Ukraine.
