He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Buckingham and Hellen Buckingham; and his brother Roger Buckingham of Gurnee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Buckingham (Ward); his sons, Michael, Brian, Daniel, Victoria, Dillon, Katlyn, Ryan and Devin; and his great grandchild Eli.
