She was predeceased by: her father Reginald Percival Merridew. She is survived by: her mother Doris Mae; her sister Carole Van Lieu (George) of Cincinnati; her cousin Arthur "Chip" Zimmerman (Amy) of Bloomsburg; her nephews, Scott Van Lieu (Kara) of Aurora and David Van Lieu of Indianapolis; and her daughter Anne. She is also survived by mother and the support of her loving family.
