He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Francis Counihan Jr and Audrey Counihan. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Louko (John) and Lori Morabito (John); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Jones (Brian), Claire Cundiff (Jason), Joey, Justin and Jenna Morabito.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Human Rights Campaign in Mike's name.
