She was predeceased by: her father Donald Madsen. She is survived by: her children, Hailey, Anthony and Jesse; her mother Florine Madsen; her brother Chris Madsen (Liz); her nephews, Briggs, Drake and Trace Madsen; and also Rylie Hall.
