She was predeceased by: her husband Don; and her son David. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Chellstorp; her grandsons, Kyle Chellstorp and Cody Chellstorp; her daughter-in-law Susan Niemi (Harrison); and her brother Jack L. Novak (Judy). She is also survived by cousins, many nieces & nephews, and friends.
