He was predeceased by: his parents, George Krapf and Victoria Krapf (Petruska); his sister-in-law Barb (Eddie Miller); his brothers, Richard (Dorothy Krapf) and Ronald Krapf; and his sons-in-law, Mark Earley and George M. Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Rodriguez, Diane McCleary (Dave), Sharon Jenkins (Don) and Sandra Krapf; his grandchildren, Julia Lucadello (Scott) and George W. Rodriguez; his great grandchild Levi; and his stepgrandchildren, Don Jenkins (Michelle), Kristen Hernandez (Miguel), Stephanie Butler and Greg Jenkins (Megan). He is also survived by 11 step great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home (305 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Leonard Charles Krapf's name to Moose Charities.
