She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Wojcik and George Wojcik; and her sister Valerie Wojcik. She is survived by: her husband Steven Provax; her children, Steven Jr. and Valerie; and her siblings, Linda Ference, Judy Scatena, Pat Somenek and Fran Somenek.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home (305 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031).
