With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Howard Janda of Gurnee, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Janda and Helen Janda; his son Steven Janda; and his siblings, Richard, Eleanore Von Bank and Nancy Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Claudia (Peifer); his children, Cathy Chesher (Steve), Ken (Ellen), Tom (Julie), Cheryl and Christine Rubo (Tracy); and his sister Sue Janda. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
