He is survived by: his parents, Jose A. Garcia and Guadalupe Garcia (Cardoso); his wife Diana Garcia; his children, Angel, Jose and Noah; and his siblings, Santiago Garcia (Claudia), Maria Magdalena Albarran (Jose Daniel) and Elizabeth Andrade (Jose Luis).
