He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Bennett. He is survived by: his mother Sally Bennett (Evans); his wife Luz Bennett; his children, Vivianne Yamanishi and Benjamin Arceo Bennett; and his siblings, Lorie McClure (Robert), Jerry Bennett (April) and Patrick Bennett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
