With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jeanette A. Karas of Gurnee, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Romano and Catherine Romano; and her husband George Karas. She is survived by: her children, Steve Karas (Sally), Karen Vitale (Michael) of Gurnee and Georgia Anderson (John Sr.) of Gurnee; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Vitale, Betsy Stranathan, Suzanne Anderson, John Anderson Jr., Vincent Vitale, Jenna Charbonneau and Sabrina Karas. She is also survived by her 8 great-grandchildren.
