He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Patterson Faulk, III. He is survived by: his mother Annette Faulk (Langlois) of Athens; his siblings, Thomas Patterson Faulk, IV (Beth) of Athens, Katy Faulk Kidd (Russell) of Argyle and Becky Faulk of Austin; his nephews, Thomas Patterson Faulk, Peyton Wallace Faulk, Joe Windford Kidd and Ben Harrison Kidd; his uncle Robert C. Langlois (Cheryl); and his cousin Wyatt Langlois. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Frontline Healing Foundation, which was established to subsidize the cost of treatment for Veterans and active-duty servicemen and women at Warriors Heart Healing Centers.
