She is survived by: her sons, Craig Hook (Linda) of Wadsworth, IL, David Hook (Patricia) of Wadsworth, IL, Steven Hook of Longmont, CO and Bradley Hook (Thomas) of Ivanhoe, IL; her grandchildren, Heather Hook, Tiffany VandeZande (Todd), Kendra Arnold (Joseph), Karie Lother (Troy), Ashley Hook and Aspen Keel (Matt); her great grandchildren, Riah VandeZande, Brynn VandeZande, Trevor Arnold, Tanner Arnold, Tayler Lother, Ty Lother, Rose Keel, Madelyn Keel and Elsa Hook; and also Theresa Baj Jankowski.
