He is survived by: his wife Laurie Shepherd; his sons, Robert Lukasik, Christopher Lukasik and Nicolas Shepherd; his stepsons, Kyle Bakkum and Sean Bakkum; his grandchildren, Olive Jane Lukasik and Bennett Robert Bakkum; and also Jane Lukasik.
